  • Experience practicing this in teams

  • Experience adapting the process to specific needs

  • Ability to hold the implementing team to sprint commitments, and finding compromises to ensure that something is delivered each sprint instead of letting work drag and stagnate

Experience with user-centred design

Client management, e.g.

  • managing expectations

    • honesty about timelines

    • ability to find a mutually agreeable outcome/plan

  • managing design by committee

    • ability to pause this, capture the intended outcome, and arrange for us to prepare a proposal with wireframes/mockups
