The various forms are important because they are Provincial and National officials way of tracking various performance indicators across all of the local and district municipalities.
Access to better data can help coordinate and focus the way that Provincial and National officials are able to provide their local and district municipalities.
The current process of form management is restricted due to the manual (xls.) process.
Forms are being filled in incorrectly and are being sent through incomplete
Due to the manual (xls.), the process of reporting is difficult and time consuming.
