Step 1 - Go to the Compliance Forms Homepage

Step 2 - Click on the Form that you want to view compliance for

From the Form Compliance Dashboard View the user can view:

1. Amount of responses received (by province)

2. Submission deadline

3. Date the form was distributed

If the user would like a more in-depth view - they can download the National Report Workbook
