How to share a Questionnaire

Step 1 - Go to the Django Backend

Making a form go live

  • In order to make a form go live the creator must:

  1. Set a due date

  2. Select the make-form-active checkbox

  3. Share with the appropriate organizations

A. Once you have created the your form National Administrators can then share this form with Provincial Admin.

B. To share your Form - Click the Questionnaire button

C - Set Configurations and Create Shares

Once you have shared the form it will become available to the organizations that it has been shared with.
