System permissions/levels

This page documents the various levels included in the system

System Levels	Access and Permissions
Level 1	Municipal Administrator & District Administrator (Contributor function and single municipality view dashboard)
Level 2	There is currently no level 2 access, whereby a district administration can view the local municipalities in the MVP.
Level 3	Provincial Administrator (Provincial view dashboard and report retrieval by LM, By District, by Province)
Level 4	National Administrator (Questionnaire developer, Provincial view dashboard and report retrieval by LM, District or Province)
