Incomplete summary

The first page of the dashboard is a summary of transactions during COVID-19, including the number of orders, etc.

Note that this summary doesn’t contain all orders during COVID-19. By scraping the last page —— Transaction List of the dashboard, we get over 49k orders in August 2022. However, this front page only contains 1250 orders.

Until late 2021, this page still contains most of the orders. It seems the department has decided to filter out some orders recently. But we don’t know the standard for such filtering.

Now let’s have a look at this summary page. In the pie chart on the left, it’s the top payments to supplier. Clicking on one slice of a pie is similar to a filtering function. All information on the cards on the top will show information about this specific order.

From this dashboard, we can tell Digital Vibes is the biggest supplier. There has been a big scandal between Digital Vibes and the Department of Health.

Within the dashboard, the fourth page is dedicated to supplier analysis. Click on Supplier Analysis. Once the page is loaded, we could click on the drop-down box and type in “Digital Vibes” to search. Note that all of the drop-down boxes on this dashboard allow you to search.

On the supplier analysis page, there is the Central Supplier Database (CSD) Registration number of the company. However, the database is not open to the public, so it’s hard for us to use the information.

Other information includes the directors of this company and the order and payment amount to this supplier. From the search, we could see Digital Vibes has four directors and their names
