# Stage 5: Implementation

Once a contract is entered into, the winning bidder is obliged to deliver on the terms agreed to. Reporting on the progress of delivery, however, is often not publicly available. Details of successful or delayed contracts may appear in annual reports of the commissioning department or the reports of the **Auditor General**.
