Services have a name, overview, and contacts.
Service contacts are the central contact details for the service. That excludes the contact details of the head of the department and the service points (e.g. specific libraries, wifi access point addresses)
To add or update the selection of contacts shown for the service, use the buttons on each contact to remove from the list or change their order. You can also add additional contacts to the service:
Contacts can be re-used to reduce duplication. e.g. the physical address of an office only needs to be entered once, and can then be used in all the relevant places.
When adding a contact detail to the service's contacts, you can select from the list of existing contacts. If the contact does not exist yet, first add the new contact detail under the Contacts Snippets, then add the contact on the service page editor.
