How to maintain key contacts

The Important Contacts page is intended to list a number of very important contacts other than the municipal services, which can be found under the Services section in the app. The national and provincial government sections are provided as such to provide details of important local services, but introduce the notion to users that these services are provided by other organs of state, and not the municipality.

Unlike service contacts where the key differentiator is the type of contact, the title of items in the Important Contacts list comes from the contact detail Annotation field.
